Why does MSLA take so long with decisions?

I'm just wondering. This far, we've seen a couple schools start with movement at the very least. What's taking them so long?

I'm curious about this as well. I would think my 199 and 395 would at least open some doors, but nah. But at least MSLA makes some movement, at all. Looking dead at Bradford.
