whal v carly needs to be overturned.
i can't believe that our community's first ever case concerned holistic admission policies. whal is the beginning of the end of MSA's meritocracy. soon, we will see folks getting into vale with 179 MSATs and 3.4 PARS. this sort of approach is dangerous, and we already see the effects. just look at ira v. msa, where we were potentially considering appointing people to the courts based off an election? absolutely not.
